We can talk about people's nationalities by asking questions such as:

Are you from ... (country)?

Example: Are you from Egypt?

Are you ... (nationality)?

Example: Are you Brazilian?

or

Where is/are ... from? 

Example: Where is Cedella from? She is from Jamaica.
